Privacy Policy

This website is run by Rise Online Ads ("Rise," "we," "us") for the podcast The Ground Floor with Rise. This policy explains what we collect through this site, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you send us in a form: name, email, phone, company, website, location, and anything you write in the message fields. Which fields appear depends on the form (guest application, sponsorship, working with Rise, episode updates, or general contact).
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to our terms, whether you asked to be contacted by text, and your privacy choice on this site.
• Basic technical information: when a form is sent, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information so the site works and to block spam and abuse.
• Site usage statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page-load performance (for example which pages are visited, the referring site, browser type and country). It does not use cookies or local storage, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. We see only totals.

Notice at collection: why we use it

We use form information to respond to you: to review guest applications and schedule recordings, discuss sponsorships, follow up about Rise's marketing services, send episode updates you asked for, and answer questions. We keep a record of each request in our customer relationship management system so the right team member can follow up.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website, processes requests to it, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics (the cookieless usage statistics described above).
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) is the customer relationship management system where form requests are stored and where our team is notified.
• Slack may be used to alert our team that a new request came in.
• YouTube (Google) provides embedded video players, which load only if you choose "Allow optional."

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. This site has no advertising pixels and no cookie-based analytics. The only analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports totals only.

Text messages

If you check the box asking us to text you, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't share your phone number with others for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Privacy choices and Global Privacy Control

Use the Privacy Choices button at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional items stay off. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs as part of our hosting and is not affected by this choice; it stores nothing on your device. You can block it with a standard content blocker if you prefer.
